Job Scope
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for office staff and site workers.
Handle hiring for positions such as engineers, supervisors, coordinators, and workers.
Coordinate interviews and salary proposals with management.
Plan manpower based on project requirements.
2. Work Pass & MOM Compliance
Handle applications and renewals of Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass.
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
Monitor quotas, levies, and worker documentation.
Liaise with MOM on employment matters.
3. Payroll & Compensation
Oversee monthly payroll processing.
Ensure accurate CPF contributions, overtime, and deductions.
Monitor leave records and attendance.
4. Employee Relations
Address staff enquiries and workplace issues.
Maintain good communication between management and employees.
Support disciplinary procedures when necessary.
5. Training & Worker Management
Arrange mandatory construction training (e.g. safety courses).
Coordinate worker orientation and onboarding.
Maintain employee training records.
6. HR Administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare employment contracts and HR letters.
Handle insurance, medical claims, and HR reports.
7. Policy & Compliance
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
Support audits and internal HR processes.
