Tasks:

• Support Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager in daily review and updating of HSE documents, reports, and records.
• Assist HSE Manager in monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Participate in daily HSE inspections, incident reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Help prepare and maintain HSE performance data, checklists, and dashboards for reporting purposes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for HSE meetings, trainings, and awareness programs.   

Project:

• Prepare to deliver the HSE concept for the ETO Hub Project.

• To perform assessment, audit and gap verification of clients and applicants in accordance with SGS requirements and customer’s global standard or management system.
• To conduct the audit presentations and prepare assessment reports within the timeline stipulated as per SGS and/or accreditation/oversight body requirements.
• To carry out the role as Lead Auditor effectively as per ISO 19011 (Auditing Management Systems) guidelines. He/she will be responsible in ensuring client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to particular items of correction, corrective action and continual improvement where appropriate.
• To recommend the issue, re-issue, suspension or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with SGS policy, procedures and prescribed time frame.
• Maintain and develop own skills and knowledge both technologically and in the field of management and standards as part of continuous professional development (CPD) where appropriate.
• To perform technical review on allocated audit jobs where qualified from time to time in accordance with SGS Certification Function approval procedures.
• To establish and develop an effective quality partnership with clients with the aim of exceeding client satisfaction.
• To provide commercial referrals to Sales & Marketing department and assist in the company business budget achievement.
• To support and provide training services based on SGS Academy Annual Training Calendar as well as in-house training programs.
• At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
• To perform other types of product/scheme audits on top of the primary product/scheme audit based on the business needs and qualification.

• To promote and sell food testing business of Health & Nutrition (H&N)
• To ensure that all customer enquiries are followed up and closed successfully with the ultimate goal of achieving monthly sales target/KPI set.
• To cross-sell related H&N testing, inspection and certification as appropriate.
• Receive, making call and follow-up on all in-bound and outbound calls enquiries for food testing prospects.
• To ensure monthly proposal/quotation target is satisfactory achieved or exceeded.
• To meet and achieve monthly sales target set by the H&N business line.
• To prepare, arrange and co-ordinate related sample collection, customer visits, meetings, trainings, seminars and etc.as necessary.
• Process signed quotation/proposals and contract creation in LIMS.
• Conduct work as per relevant SGS global and local procedures.
• Other related customer care activities to ensure customer satisfaction services provided and report back to superior any improvement for further excellence of the services offered.

• Drive business growth for Medical Device Management & Compliance services through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
• Represent the organization as a trusted partner for medical device regulatory and certification solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration objectives
• Support strategic initiatives aligned with medical device regulatory trends and industry needs
• Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities related to medical device compliance, certification, and regulatory services
• Promote key services including:
  • ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems
  • MDSAP (Medical Device Single Audit Program)
  • Regulatory compliance support (e.g. EU MDR, FDA, ASEAN regulations)
  • Supplier audits, technical documentation review, and lifecycle compliance services
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with technical teams
• Actively engage clients through meetings, follow‑ups, and account reviews to ensure long‑term partnership and retention
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate scope definition, pricing, and service delivery
• Monitor market developments, regulatory updates, and competitor activity within the medical device industry
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop Medical Device campaigns and promotional content.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on sales activities.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on market trends and client needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals that maximize value for both the client and the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
• Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
