The Finance Operations Executive ensures that all post-course activities are completed in line with internal and external compliance requirements. This role focuses on reviewing training records, validating documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting for each course run. Working closely with both training operations and finance teams, the role requires strong attention to detail, good coordination abilities, and a commitment to maintaining process integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate post-course documents such as attendance records, assessments, feedback forms, and trainer reports.
• Ensure all documentation meets internal compliance standards before submission to the Finance team for invoicing and payment processing.
• Coordinate with the Training Support and Operations teams to address missing or incomplete information.
• Maintain and update internal trackers and compliance checklists for all training runs.
• Assist in preparing compliance summaries and reports for management review.
• Support the preparation of audit-ready documentation for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely issuance of tax invoices and accurate payment records.
• Contribute to the continuous refinement of post-course validation processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong eye for detail and a systematic approach to work.
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with documentation handling, compliance processes, or quality checks is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other tracking tools

Are you a meticulous finance professional who takes pride in accuracy, structure, and compliance? As our Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial integrity and operational excellence across the organisation.

This is more than just a finance role — it’s an opportunity to take ownership of the full spectrum of accounting functions while partnering closely with management to ensure strong financial governance and informed decision-making.

Finance Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and process petty cash claims, vendor invoices, and follow up with relevant parties for supporting documents and approvals.
• Perform timely month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
• Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretary, and tax agents to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit GST filings in accordance with IRAS regulations.
• Assist with banking and treasury functions.
• Process daily claims and submit government claims in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal deadlines (ad hoc).
• Update and maintain weekly claims reports for management review (ad hoc).
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting roles.
• Good knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, tax compliance, and GST requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero and Oracle NetSuite.
• Meticulous, well-organised, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
