We are seeking a Finance Executive with a primary focus on Finance Ops activities with secondary responsibilities in supporting digitalisation initiatives. Key Responsibilities 

Finance Ops – AR, GL, Fixed Assets & Grants Management 

• Ensure timely and accurate billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies promptly. 

• Manage journal entries, accruals, adjustments, reclassifications, and monthly GL reconciliations (e.g., bank, intercompany, suspense/clearing accounts). 

• Support the month-end and year-end close by preparing schedules, validating balances, and providing audit-ready documentation. 

• Maintain the fixed asset register, including capitalisation, disposals, depreciation, transfers, and periodic physical verification.

• Oversee grant financials, including budget tracking, disbursements, claims, utilisation, and compliance with funding agency requirements.

Financial Reporting & Internal Controls

• Work with the Finance Manager on projects to digitise Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) processes and donor management systems.  

• Identify opportunities to automate reconciliations, dashboards, and workflows to improve accuracy and timeliness. 

Team Collaboration 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
