The Finance & Admin Manager will be responsible for managing Eruby’s finance, accounting, administrative and HR support functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong compliance, efficient daily operations and effective business support.

This role requires a hands-on, self-driven and commercially aware finance professional who can manage full-set accounting, support management reporting, provide financial insights to the sales team and work closely with headquarters, internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance, Accounting & Reporting

4. External Coordination

5. Administration & Office Management

• Oversee daily office administration, including document control, filing, meeting arrangements, minutes taking and office supplies procurement.

• Ensure company documents are properly organized, maintained and easily accessible.

6. HR Administration

• Maintain employee records, employment documents, leave records and HR-related files.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts is required.
• Prior experience in administration and HR support will be an advantage.
• Experience in trading, distribution, electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing or regional business environments will be preferred.

Technical Skills

Assistant Relationship Manager – International Markets (Senior Associate/Associate Director) – Contract Role 

Global Private Bank

Our client, a Global Private bank, is seeking a dynamic and successful Assistant Relationship Manager to join them, covering the International Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to Relationship Manager in managing client relationships.
• Oversee critical operational tasks including account opening/maintenance, trading, transfers, and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and Relationship Managers, ensuring that client instructions are executed promptly and accurately.
• Assist Relationship Managers with meeting preparation and travel arrangements
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with a relevant specialization in the fields of Finance
• At least 7 years of prior experience in a similar function within Private Banking 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Possesses CACS 1 and 2 qualifications

Job Summary

This role is responsible for the overall middle and back-office functions in a Treasury Centre within the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth settlement of daily operations for financial products such as FX, borrowings & adherence of counterparty limits

• Manage and monitor inter-company loans for computation of interests and loan settlement

• Responsible for the Group’s month end activities and reconciliations for financial products such as valuations, hedge accounting for FX & borrowings, etc

• Perform closing for Treasury Centre which includes management reports for monitoring and analysis, corporate tax and GST filings

• Provide hedge accounting advice and queries to support stakeholders

• Ensure the accounting for financial products are in compliance with the relevant accounting standards

• Assist with administration for banking operations (account opening, authorised signatories update) and system controls for Treasury Management System

• Participate and support in the Group’s initiatives and ad hoc projects
  

Job Requirements

• Min degree in accountancy with 3-4 years of experience or ACCA / CPA equivalent

• Good working and accounting knowledge of financial products

• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to multi-task

• Knowledge with SAP & Treasury Management Systems will be an advantage
