About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to take ownership of the cloud infrastructure, security posture, deployment pipelines, and system reliability.

In this role, you will act as the primary custodian of the cloud infrastructure. You will serve as the crucial bridge between development and production environments, managing the current AWS-based setup while leading the evolution toward modern container orchestration. Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Ownership: Manage and scale the AWS cloud environments. Maintain the existing containerized workloads (AWS ECS) while planning, architecting, and executing an upcoming migration to Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
• AWS Ecosystem Administration: Provision, configure, and manage essential AWS services supporting the applications. This includes managed relational databases (RDS PostgreSQL), search/analytics (OpenSearch), AI services (Bedrock), and networking/load balancing (ELB).
• Security, Access & Network Control: Enforce robust security practices using enterprise tools (AWS WAF, GuardDuty, Firewalls). Manage IAM and RBAC to maintain strict separation of duties. Navigate and manage infrastructure within restricted, enterprise-controlled network environments (e.g., strict subnet isolation).
• Production Reliability & DR: Act as the primary gatekeeper for production systems. Establish comprehensive observability (CloudWatch), lead incident response for infrastructure issues, and manage system backups and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
• CI/CD & Automation: Administer and optimize the GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Ensure automated security scanning (SAST/DAST, dependency checks) is seamlessly integrated. Explore opportunities to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate future deployments.
• Compliance & Vulnerability Management: Manage vulnerability patching, coordinate regular penetration testing, and remediate findings. Collaborate with Project Managers to support compliance processes, provide necessary technical documentation and ensuring infrastructure aligns with enterprise security standards.
• Vendor Transition: Work closely alongside existing external vendors to map the current architecture, reverse-engineer undocumented configurations, and safely transition infrastructure operations fully in-house.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles, ideally functioning as a primary infrastructure owner.
• Cloud & Containers: Strong proficiency in AWS infrastructure and networking. Practical experience managing AWS ECS, with the knowledge required to set up and administer Kubernetes (EKS).
• Security & Networking: Deep understanding of secure network architecture, IAM, vulnerability management, and patching in strict, production-grade or restricted-egress environments.
• CI/CD Tools: Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• Operational Readiness: Proven experience with system monitoring, logging, production troubleshooting, and managing backups/DR.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong, proven track record in both complex frontend and backend development.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly technical Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to ensure the stability, security, and accuracy of the enterprise-grade Generative AI and agent orchestration platform.

This is a dynamic, hybrid engineering role designed for long-term growth. A substantial portion of your initial focus will be on iteratively establishing the testing strategy - tackling the unique challenges of LLM evaluation, RAG accuracy, and real-time streaming, while retrofitting automation onto the existing codebase. With an automation framework established, the scope of this role will transition into cross-functional engineering, contributing to backend feature development, internal tooling, or supporting the upcoming Data Platform project.

Leverage internal toolkits (Moonshot) and platforms (Litmus) to evaluate prompt regressions, manage inherent LLM non-determinism (mitigating "flaky" tests), and track AI quality metrics.
• API & Streaming Testing: Design tests for Server-Sent Events (SSE) to validate stable streams, timeout handling, and accurate JSON parsing. Validate FastAPI endpoints focusing on complex state transitions (e.g., Bot Approval workflows).
• Codebase Transition & Retrofitting: Collaborate alongside existing vendors during an overlap period to audit the current codebase, reverse-engineer existing workflows, and iteratively retrofit comprehensive automated tests onto the running system to ensure long-term stability.
• Security & Sandbox Testing: Rigorously test the AI Marketplace's Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and tenant isolation. Validate the security and lifecycle of Agentic "Code Interpreter" sandboxes, ensuring isolated execution and proper environment cleanup.
• E2E UI Automation: Iteratively build and maintain an E2E suite using Playwright or Cypress (TypeScript). Validate dynamic UI components (Mermaid.js, markdown), file upload workflows, and secure browser live-view functionalities.
• CI/CD & Quality Gates: Work closely with the DevSecOps Engineer to execute test suites seamlessly within self-hosted GitLab CI/CD pipelines. • Data & Analytics Support: Leverage your database and data-validation skills to assist in laying out the groundwork for the upcoming internal Data Platform.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

We are seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and support scalable, secure, cloud‑native data platforms on Microsoft Azure. The role involves strong hands‑on work with Kubernetes, data platforms, automation, and DevOps, along with exposure to modern AI‑enabled ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud‑native data platforms
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Linux, Python, and Shell scripting
• Build, manage, and optimize Docker images and containerized workloads
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes (AKS or equivalent)
• Support and optimize Apache Spark and Apache Iceberg‑based data platforms
• Work with DataHub, Trino, and Apache Ranger for metadata, query, and governance use cases
• Implement and maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure secure platform access using TLS/SSL, OAuth, and HashiCorp Vault
• Configure and manage Azure services including Blob Storage, Virtual Machines, VNETs, and AKS
• Implement and manage NGINX Ingress Controllers and firewall rules
• Monitor platforms using Prometheus and Grafana
• Provide production support including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance tuning
• Ensure adherence to enterprise change management and release processes

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience with cloud‑native platforms on Microsoft Azure
• Hands‑on expertise in Linux, Python, and Shell scripting
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
• Experience supporting Apache Spark workloads in production environments
• Working knowledge of Iceberg, Trino, DataHub, and Ranger
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of platform security, identity, and secrets management
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks
• Knowledge or experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) platforms
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and architectures
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments

This will be a 1 year contract role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Design Transfer through the application of Design for Excellence principles.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned systems and provide training as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between Research & Development, Manufacturing counterparts, and Suppliers.
• Ensure ease of assembly and high yield rates by conducting design reviews and utilizing assembly and test fixtures.
• Govern and drive cost efficiencies:Through system design optimization during the design phase,By applying LEAN principles in manufacturing.
• Ensure product development considers future sustaining activities.
• Design and develop assembly/test jigs and fixtures.
• Ensure proper documentation is available in accordance with Design and Manufacturing Quality Management System (QMS) requirements for instrument industrialization.
• Develop and manage workflows with the development team as needed to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development environment.
• Familiar with Design for Excellence principles.
• Experience with various tools. Eg. DOORs, JAMA and SAP.
• Preferably experienced in a highly regulated environment.
• Preferably with Electromechanical experience.
• Familiar with either 3D CAD system such as Solidworks or Electrical CAD system such as Altium designer.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to create software solutions that meet user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality citizen-centric products.
• Perform code reviews: Ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members to improve overall team performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration: Ensure the reliability and stability of the software through automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Documentation: Create and document technical designs that are aligned with architectural guidelines. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends: Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to improve our products.

Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Professional Experience: 

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading small engineering teams. 

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive hands-on experience in full-stack web and mobile development, including:

1. Frontend & Backend: React and Node.js. 
2. Mobile Platforms: React-Native. Experience in native Android and iOS will be a plus 

• Proficiency with containerization technologies, such as Docker and AWS services (Fargate ECS, Lambda, S3, Aurora, and RDS). 
• Strong database management skills with MySQL and PostgreSQL. 
• Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including:

1. Data structures, algorithms, and programming skills.
2. Cloud computing principles and software design patterns. 

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable, actionable items. 
• Proven expertise in formulating structured solutions that drive progress and results. 

Backend Development Practices:

• Expertise in authentication, middleware development, application security, API design, and system integration. 

Additional Skills (Bonus Points):

• Experience working with Singapore's whole-of-government systems. 
• Proven ability in stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
