Job Summary

Deliver engaging English learning programmes for young children while managing classroom environments and ensuring their safety and hygiene. Collaborate with staff to optimize children’s development and maintain accurate progress documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement structured learning programmes to support children’s academic and developmental growth
• Complete detailed progress reports and maintain children’s portfolios to track learning outcomes
• Create and maintain a stimulating, engaging, and pleasant learning environment conducive to early childhood education
• Manage all aspects of classroom operations to ensure smooth and effective learning sessions
• Perform routine care duties to uphold children’s safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate effectively with other staff and teachers to maximize benefits for children’s development
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude to foster a supportive team environment
• Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support centre operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education for Childcare roles
• ECDA certification at L2 or L1 category
• Minimum CIT or HCIC with ACEY certification for Infantcare roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• High passion and patience towards children to enhance teaching effectiveness and child engagement
