Job Description:
·        Preparedetailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents forconstruction projects.
·        Conductquantity take-offs and measurement surveys to ensure accurate project costing.
·        Monitorproject costs and budgets, providing regular reports and forecasts tomanagement.
·        Analyseand evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectivenessand compliance with project requirements.
·        Manageprocurement processes including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasingmaterials, equipment, and services.
·        Developand maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors tosecure competitive prices and timely deliveries.
·        Ensureprocurement complies with company policies, legal regulations, and qualitystandards.
·        Collaborateclosely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to coordinatepurchasing and cost control activities.
·        Trackand maintain records of purchases, orders, and deliveries to ensure projectschedules are met.
·        Assistin resolving any procurement or contract issues that arise during the projectlifecycle.
·        Supportcontract administration including preparation and review of contracts,variations, and claims.
·        Stayupdated with market trends, pricing, and supply chain developments relevant toconstruction materials and services.
·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritizemultiple projects simultaneously.
·        Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
·        Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Mechanical/ ElectricalEngineering.
·        Min 3 years of construction Quantity Surveyor experience for theelectrical project in Singapore.
·        Able to work independently., know well for tender platform such asgebiz
·        Proficient in MS office applications AutoCad
·        Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
