About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to oversee tendering, cost estimation, contract administration and project cost control for construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants and project teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates and tender submissions
• Source, evaluate and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Manage project budgeting, cost control, cash flow forecasting and financial reporting
