Job Summary

Expertise in quantity surveying to manage tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration for interior fit-out and renovation projects, ensuring accurate measurement, cost control, and timely submission of tenders.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of tendering processes for commercial, industrial, retail, and residential interior fit-out projects to prepare and submit compliant tenders within deadlines
• Measure quantities accurately to prepare progress claims, quotations, and final claims for projects
• Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost control, variation management, and final cost finalization
