Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and liaise with tenants for all properties under the company.
• Schedule rosters, inspections, and maintenance of hard and soft services, including cleaning, security, pest control, landscaping, building, mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., ACMV, fire-fighting and fire protection systems, and building automation systems).
• Oversee general management tasks, such as contract administration, sourcing and calling for quotations, license renewals, and estate management.

Job Summary:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Hold regular management meetings with client to report on the activities and management of the Property, as well as to present recommendations relating to their management.

Your role spans three core areas:

Operations & Tenant Management

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Building and Construction/ Manufacturing (Furniture)
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor/ Contracts Executive
• Working Location: Mandai Estate
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8:30AM – 5:30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project budgets and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Oversee the full project cycle from contract award to completion, including preparation of final accounts.
• Prepare procurement lists and schedules in line with architectural specifications and project timelines.
• Source, liaise, and obtain quotations from subcontractors; evaluate submissions and draft subcontract documents as required.
• Record and track defects, maintain proper documentation for all variation orders (VO), and ensure timely submission of VO costs (daily/weekly).
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on monthly progress claims and final account closing.
• Evaluate subcontractors’ VO claims and ensure all variations follow proper procedures.
• Follow up on payment certificates for subcontractors and issue payment advice to clients promptly.
• Handle progress claims, payments, variation orders, and project finalization.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
