Job Responsibilities

·      Assist in the selection of competent suppliers and sub-contractors for our construction works

·      Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction so as to prepare periodic progress payment requests for clients

·      Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager / designated staff, ensuring accuracy in quantities and quality

·      Support Senior QS in overseeing construction contracts and administration, from progress claims, to determining variation orders, EOT claims, etc.

·      Assist in the settlement of final accounts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors

·      Exhibit a clear understanding of timelines and manage tender activities effectively

·      Communicate effectively with in-housearchitects, project managers and on-site staff to perform necessary progressclaim, contractual execution duties

·      Site visits and supplier visits toverify work, materials, and proposals as needed

Job Requirement

·      Bachelor’s Degree in QuantitySurveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized University

·      Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in Main-Con Company Experience in landed properties construction highly preferred (in Singapore)

·      Collaborative mindset, willingness tolearn, and keen attention to detail

·      Literate with Microsoft Excel,Projects, Word

·      Open to Singapore PRs and Citizens only

Job Responsibilities

·      Pre-contract functions involving estimation of project costs, cost planning and control, preparation of tender documents, value engineering exercise, contract documentation and other pre-contract related activities

·      Post-contract functions involving progress payment valuation and recommendation, valuation of variations, settlement of variation claims with contractors, settlement of final account and other post-contract related activities

·      Be familiar with the specifications and scope of works at various stages of the project so as to be able to advise the structural, architectural and M&E coordinators

·      Attend technical meetings to keep abreast of design development issues and provide cost escalation alerts

Job Requirement

·      Bachelor’s Degree in QuantitySurveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized University

·      Minimum 5 years of experience with a Main Con, preferably for residential projects above $5Mn

·      Good negotiation, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills

·      Meticulous, analytical, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines

·      Literate with Microsoft Excel,Projects, Word

·      Open to Singapore PRs and Citizens only.
