• Collecting, sorting, checking bidding calculation of quantities
• Reviewing tender documents, drawings and quantity take-off
• Preparing quotations for various technical works, material, manpower, etc
• Estimation and measurements of quantities
• Calling quotation, tabulation and preparing sub-contract agreements with sub contractors or suppliers
• Liaise with main-contractors, sub-contractors & site personnel
• Communicate with suppliers / contractors / consultants / clients during project duration
• Preparation of cost planning, budget estimates, taking off and progress claims
• Pre & Post contracts administration and control
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budgets & cost control and settlement of final account as well as maintaining project documentations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description & Requirements

• Overseeing and directing projects to completion stage.
• Ensure projects are completed within the expected time, cost & quality .
• Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to ensure effective project delivery.
• Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.
• Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Plan and organize daily and weekly manpower or resources allocation to ensure smooth day to day site operation.
• To coordinate with site supervisors, workers, vendors, sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
• Attend site kick off and weekly progress meetings or any ad-hoc meetings when required.
• Responsible for manpower and progress reporting on daily & weekly basis.
