• 负责电话接听、邮件收发与回复，记录来访及留言信息

Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor messages professionally.

• 协助执行部门日常沟通，例如整理KPI、跟进项目进度、跨团队协作

Support day-to-day operations: tracking KPIs, monitoring project progress, and collaborating across teams.

• 学习能力强、适应力好，沟通表达顺畅

我們正在尋找一位認真負責、積極主動的辦公室行政人員/辦公室助理，以協助日常行政和辦公室運作。

主要職責

1. 行政及辦公支援：

•協助處理日常辦公室行政事務及一般辦公室營運工作。

•處理電話、電子郵件、快遞安排和文件分發。

•協助整理歸檔紙本及電子文件。

2. 文件編制與資料輸入：

•協助準備報價單、發票、採購訂單和其他文件。

•進行資料輸入並保持準確的記錄。

•支援文件檢查、掃描和歸檔。

3. 財務及行政協助：

•協助進行基本的帳單管理和付款跟進。

•協助準備簡單的報告和行政摘要。

•協助與內部團隊和供應商進行協調。

4. 協助協調會議、內部活動和公司活動。

•協助辦公用品管理。

5. 學習與支援任務：

•執行主管指派的臨時任務。

•學習公司流程、辦公室系統。

要求：

•目前正在攻讀工商管理、管理、會計、行銷或相關領域的文憑或學士學位。

•具備微軟辦公室軟體（Word、Excel）的基本知識。

•良好的英語溝通能力。

•責任感強，注重細節，並且能夠很好地與團隊合作。
