Responsibilities:

• Perform with month-end closing, full set of accounts like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions.
• Assist Accounts Executive in ensuring on time and accurate accounts documents preparation.
• Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Monitoring bank transactions including collections and refunds.
• Ensuring payment records are correct and following up on outstanding issues.
• Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of schedules and SST-related matters.

• Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent related field
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor degree in accounting or related major with solid background on accounting

2. Around 10 years accounting experience and at least 4 years' manager experience in cross regional Finance Share Service Centre

3. Fluent English both verbal and writing

4. Strong communication skill

5. Team management experience; good leadership skill

6. Proficient in MS-Office software especially EXCEL, and knowledge of accounting software SAP

What You’ll Do

The School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) at Nanyang Technological UniversitySingapore (NTU) invites applications for a one-year Visiting Associate Professor position in Video Game Design and/or Game Studies and Ludology. ADM is part of the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (COHASS).

This position is intended for eminent overseas academics-such as international prize recipients or distinguished scholars-whose presence will enhance the academic standing and creative output of the faculty. The primary responsibility of this role is teaching and academic mentorship; therefore, candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong teaching track record in a current or previous Associate Professor academic level position.

We seek candidates with extensive expertise in Video Game Design, including specialized knowledge in areas such as game mechanics, level design, interactive narrative, player experience (UX), and emerging creative technologies. The appointed faculty will play a key role in supporting ADM's position as a leader in contemporary digital media and video game education in the region, bridging the gap between industry-standard practice and academic innovation.

Applicants must be confident navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of digital media and technology and demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching innovation and student mentorship. The role is teaching-focused; applicants should bring an established record of tertiary-level teaching experience and curricular engagement.

As a creative practitioner and educator with expertise in game design, ludology, or gaming theory, the candidate will demonstrate:
