Group Manager – Finance & Accounting
The Manager – Finance & Accounting (BPM) is responsible for leading end-to-end F&A operations within a Business Process Management (BPM) environment. The role involves managing service delivery, driving process excellence, ensuring compliance, stakeholder management, and leading transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery & Operations Management
- Manage end-to-end F&A processes including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Ensure SLAs/KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Monitor daily operational performance and resolve escalations.
- Drive high-quality output with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
2. Team Leadership & People Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and team leads.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and career development planning.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Handle resource planning, attrition management, and succession planning.
3. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Lead automation and digital transformation projects (RPA, AI tools, ERP enhancements).
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders.
- Conduct regular governance calls and business reviews.
- Manage client expectations and drive high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across geographies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, Inter CA
10+ years of experience in F&A operations/BPM/Shared Services
5+ years of experience managing large teams 20+ and global clients
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of General Accounting
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

Job Location- Thane (WFO Only)
Shift Timings- 3:30am to 1:30pm
