Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support various human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR policies, and employee engagement practices.
key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
● Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
● Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment records.
2. Employee Relations
● Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
● Maintain positive employee relations and promote a healthy work environment.
● Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
3. HR Operations
● Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
● Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
● Handle joining formalities, documentation, and exit formalities.
4. Employee Engagement
● Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
● Organize training programs and support learning and development initiatives.
