The Civil/CSA Source Inspection & Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all civil, structural, and architectural materials, components, and assemblies supplied to the project meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and constructability prior to delivery to site. This role plays a critical part in proactively identifying defects, non-conformities, and risks at the earliest stage within the supply chain, thereby reducing rework, delays, and cost impacts during construction.
Operating at supplier and manufacturer facilities, the engineer provides independent verification that fabrication processes, material selection, workmanship, and finishing standards align with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements. The role also ensures that all products are fully traceable, correctly documented, and compliant with applicable codes and standards.
By embedding quality control at source, the position supports a “right-first-time” delivery approach, enabling seamless integration of CSA elements into fast-paced, high-specification data center construction programmes while contributing to overall project quality assurance and delivery certainty.
