Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support various human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employee engagement practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

  • Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment records.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Maintain positive employee relations and promote a healthy work environment.

  • Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

  • Handle joining formalities, documentation, and exit formalities.

4. Payroll & Attendance

  • Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.

  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee records.

  • Ensure accuracy in payroll inputs and compliance.

5. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes.

  • Assist in goal setting and employee development initiatives.

6. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.

  • Organize training programs and support learning and development initiatives.

7. Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Assist in audits and maintain statutory records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in employee engagement and HR operations.

  • Ability to handle multiple HR activities simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
