Job Scope
- Work with Project Manager in developing the programme and registration
- Responsible for coordinating with faculty regarding talks, synopses, bios, photos
- Responsible for developing, proof-reading, and producing programme books
- Responsible for accommodation management and rooming list management
- Responsible for sending out invitations and coordinating hospitality arrangements
- Responsible in operation and coordination of Pre & Onsite Registration mainly on replying to correspondence, financial and credit management of the registration component (receipt/payments process and timeline)
- Regular updates of faculty and delegate registration statistics to Project Manager
- Onsite registration management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Ability to understand and speak Mandarin in highly desirable.
- Prepare and present related reports.
Requirement / Qualifications
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and must be able to write and speak well.
· Chinese candidates preferably.
· At least 1 year of working experience in a related field (Integrated Events, Event Planning / Coordinating)
· Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Computer / Microsoft office literate
· Able to work independently under minimum supervision
· Possess own transport
