RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate new product ideas or technical approaches

• Design and build automated workflows to streamline manual business processes using tools such as Power Automate

• Assist in scripting and building integrations between internal systems and external platforms

• Collaborate with the team to identify automation opportunities and recommend practical solutions

• Support technical documentation of solutions, architectures, and implementation guides

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fields
• Hands-on programming experience in at least one language (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and basic software development practices
• Exposure to or interest in automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath)
• Ability to work independently on technical tasks with guidance

What You’ll Do:

• Run digital campaigns: Assist in planning and launching ads on social media platforms
• Generate leads: Create content and landing pages to attract target audiences
• Content & design: Write copy for posts, emails, and ads. Design simple visuals using Canva or similar tools
• Track performance: Monitor metrics like clicks and conversions. Share insights to improve results
• Team support: Work with the team to align campaigns with business goals

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Growth strategy and Execution strategy

• Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition, activation, and retention
• Own campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., social, search, display, affiliates, CRM)
• Translate brand campaigns into performance-driven executions that deliver measurable ROI

Data Analytics

• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance and marketing effectiveness
• Use insights to inform creative, messaging, and channel strategies

Performance optimisation

• Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency

Integrated campaigns and creative development

• Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Work closely with Creative team and/or agency to develop culturally relevant, standout campaigns
• Ensure campaigns are designed with both brand impact and measurable outcomes in mind
• Guide development of high-performing, insight-driven creatives across digital platforms
• Partner with agencies to continuously evolve messaging, formats, and storytelling
• Balance brand-building with conversion by optimizing creative based on performance insights

Ideal skills/ experience: 

• University Degree. Degree in Marketing and Communication or Business or Advertising, or Digital Marketing preferred
• 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing 
• Strong understanding leading brand campaigns with measurable business impact 
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth and optimizing campaign performance 
• Experience with creative communications development.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 
• Highly data-driven with a test-and-learn mindset 
• Creative thinker who can balance brand and performance 
• Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

Facilitate investment transactions and provide guidance on investment opportunities

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition: Attract and retain clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

2. Investment Advice: Provide investment advice, recommending suitable financial products.

3. Portfolio Management: Assist clients in managing their investment portfolios and monitoring performance.

4. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes, providing informed investment guidance.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.15pm)

Key Duties:

• Assist on equipment faults, damages and QA defects.
• Maintain accurate service records for audits and inspections.
• Attend to lift breakdowns, troubleshooting, and carry out repairs or parts replacement.

Requirements:

• Min. Higher Nitec in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or relevant

The Digital Designer/ Developer is responsible for producing marketing assets across all digital channels for a range of local and global brands. This primarily includes digital banners and social media content.

Responsibilities

• Digital Display and Social Media - design, adaptation and animation of digital banners and social media assets considering specifications and best practices - includes static, animated GIFs, HTML5 and Rich Media banners
• Designing and building modular templates to enable automation of digital assets (HTML, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• AI-led content creation - using Generative AI and traditional editing techniques to produce high quality images and videos, keeping to brand guidelines and AI governance policies
• Work with project managers/ account servicing team/ clients to advise on the best approach to tackling design challenges
• Ensure all tasks, big and small, are designed and produced to the highest creative quality and standards
• Able to interpret briefs, estimate effort and deliver within agreed timelines
• Thoroughly QA work against the brief and brand guidelines before delivering 

Experience and Skills

• 2-3 years experiences working with a marketing agency 
• Strong experience in design software, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Self-motivated to learn new creative skills and software as the need emerges and the industry evolves
• Experience with design systems and modular design to enable asset automation
• Understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, colour and grid structures, and able to follow brand guidelines where required
• Experience designing digital banners and social media content
• Experience animating digital assets with tools such as ad builders like Google Web Designer and/or After Effects (nice to have)
• Technical skills
• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and an understanding of front-end development
• Experience in GIT and development workflow
• Experience in animation libraries such as Greensock
• Experience in responsive development
• Good knowledge in cross-browser support and fixes
