Apa yang Akan Anda Lakukan (Peranan & Tanggungjawab):

Pengurusan Inventori & Pentadbiran SAP

• Ketepatan Sistem: Mengemas kini dan menyelenggara inventori stor mekanikal melalui sistem berkomputer SAP, termasuk memasukkan Resit Barangan (GR) dan catatan transaksi dengan tepat.
• Kawalan Stok: Menjalankan kawalan inventori secara berkala dan pengiraan/pemeriksaan stok fizikal untuk memastikan penjajaran sistem.
• Pengurusan Kitaran Hayat: Kenal pasti secara proaktif bahagian yang lambat digunakan, jangka hayatnya tamat tempoh dan bahagian usang untuk memulakan proses pelupusan.

Operasi Kedai Harian & Pengendalian Bahan

• Penerimaan & Pengeluaran: Mengurus penerimaan dan pengeluaran fizikal bahagian yang diminta oleh pengguna merentasi jabatan pengeluaran dan projek, termasuk mengendalikan borang permintaan yang diperlukan.
• Organisasi & Pengemasan: Simpan alat ganti dengan tepat di lokasi tong sampah masing-masing dan kekalkan piawaian kebersihan, kefungsian dan keselamatan yang ketat di dalam stor.
• Pengendalian Berat: Memberikan bantuan secara langsung untuk memunggah peralatan baharu dan bahagian kejuruteraan berat.

Pengenalan Teknikal & Kawalan Kualiti

• Pengesahan Bahagian: Kenal pasti dan jelaskan ketepatan bahagian semasa penghantaran. Pelajari dan biasakan diri anda dengan bahagian baharu merentasi pelbagai disiplin (mekanikal, elektrik, elektronik dan instrumentasi).
• Penyelesaian Masalah: Kenal pasti dan sediakan bahagian alternatif yang setara kepada pengguna apabila perlu.
• Pengurusan Pemulangan: Memproses bahan yang dikembalikan kepada pembekal, termasuk mengeluarkan borang yang betul dan menyelaras pemulangan fizikal bahagian yang tidak mematuhi piawaian.

Koordinasi & Komunikasi Merentas Fungsi

• Penghubung Pembelian: Bekerjasama rapat dengan pembeli untuk memaklumkan mereka tentang alat ganti yang dihantar, menindaklanjuti penghantaran tertunggak dan menjelaskan pematuhan alat ganti kepada spesifikasi.
• Penglibatan Pihak Berkepentingan: Bertindak sebagai pusat hubungan untuk pasukan dalaman (Eksekutif Kedai, Penyelia Penyelenggaraan, Kakitangan Kejuruteraan, Kakitangan Pengeluaran dan Pengurus Perkhidmatan Loji) dan rakan kongsi luaran (vendor alat ganti kejuruteraan dan Kontraktor).
• Sokongan Pentadbiran: Serahkan dokumentasi yang diperlukan kepada kakitangan masing-masing dan laksanakan tugas ad-hoc seperti yang diperlukan untuk menyokong jabatan kejuruteraan.

Siapakah yang Kami Cari (Keperluan):

• Pendidikan: Kelayakan minimum SPM / SPVM / SC / MCE. Sijil dalam Stor adalah sangat diutamakan.
• Pengalaman: Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman berkaitan dalam kejuruteraan penyimpanan stor.
• Pengetahuan Teknikal: Mesti mempunyai pengetahuan teknikal yang kukuh tentang komponen kejuruteraan (mekanikal, elektrik dan instrumentasi) untuk mengenal pasti dan mengurus alat ganti dengan tepat.
• Sistem: Kemahiran dengan SAP atau sistem pengurusan inventori berkomputer yang serupa diperlukan.
