The Account Director - Online Sales plays a vital, strategic role here at LinkedIn. You'll focus on the finding ways to enable the team to flawlessly execute their campaigns as well increase our internal net promoter score. This includes providing technical assistance, developing team members, iterating and evolving the work flows, and being the point of accountability for the local team. Additionally, you'll represent the larger organisation for any regional advertiser issues. Patient, smart, adaptable and dedicated, you also possess great timemanagement skills and the ability to multi task. Possessing a high EQ is also vital to success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with our strategic online advertising clients and agencies
• Drive ongoing strategic marketing conversations and provide optimization recommendations to meet client objectives
• Experiment with and codify optimization techniques for your clients to improve performance and drive incremental revenue, while scaling those techniques for the rest of our advertisers
• Frequently and concisely share the progress of internal and external initiatives, including the business impact and recommended next steps
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to build a consistent customer experience, identify opportunities to improve products/features and deliver results
• Drive revenue by successfully upselling & cross-selling
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business leveraging LinkedIn’s various tool
