JOB OVERVIEW
Provide a pro-active and comprehensive service to the customer in all aspects of export and sea freight forwarding services provided by DSV Air & Sea Singapore Pte. Ltd.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES
·      Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct in daily endeavours for DSV Air & Sea.
·      Ensure shipment costs are updated correctly inCW1/Tango
·      Ensure timely invoicing of shipment as per company KPI
·      Verify vendor/intercompany invoices timely and raise disputes for incorrect invoices
·      Handle invoice disputes or queries in a timely manner
·      Perform Profit Share and follow up with overseas office on Profit Share.
·      Timely follow up/coordinate/communicate information regarding invoices with stakeholders (ie: subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers and overseas offices).
·      Correspond and follow up on emails.
·      Escalation of all impediments to processing to direct reporting manager.
·      Adherence to customer specific SOPs.
·      Maintain accountability and accuracy for updating and meeting deadlines for monthly reports required by customers
·      Handle documentation and/or reporting for specific accounts
·      Adherence to Global standard processes/procedures and to Corporate Standard & Governance policies.
·      Participate in company projects and initiatives as required
·      Backup for the other team members as and when necessary
·      Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
·      Adherence to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group Competencies
·      Functional know-how in Customer Service Exports/ Imports
·      Operational know-how (Document Processing Ocean)
·      Operational Understanding (Customs Clearance)
·      Understanding of DSV Export / Import Products
·      Understanding of legal/regulatory/statutory environment
·      Business acumen
·      Microsoft Office
EDUCATION AND/ OREXPERIENCE
·      With at least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position in Freight Forwarding, Field Operations, Consolidation Planning and Scheduling
·      Intermediate to advanced MSO applications
·      Detail oriented, analytical, and proactive inidentifying and addressing operational challenges.
·      Willingness to address operational issuesoutside of office hours as needed.
·      Education can be compensated with relevant working experience.
