Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Follow up with potential buyers and arrange sales appointments
• Coordinate showroom visits and site appointments when required
• Prepare quotations, booking forms, and sales documentation
• Track bookings, loan approvals, and SPA signing progress
• Manage sales kits
• Support marketing activities, launches, and sales events
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in internal systems
• Coordinate documentation with internal teams and external parties
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, BIM, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drafting or BIM modelling for ELV/electrical projects. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and software proficiency are encouraged to apply.
3. Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, technical documentation, and familiarity with BIM processes/standards is an added advantage.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD and/or BIM software such as Revit, with strong technical drafting and drawing interpretation skills.
5. Basic understanding of ELV/electrical systems, construction drawings, quantity take-off, and material estimation.
6. Good coordination and communication skills with project teams and stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project deadlines, and resolve drawing or BIM-related issues effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare ELV/electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, shop drawings, BIM models, and as-built documentation according to project requirements and specifications.
2. Develop, maintain, and update BIM models and technical drawings in coordination with engineers, architects, site teams, and relevant stakeholders.
3. Ensure all drawings and BIM deliverables comply with project standards, applicable codes, and company guidelines.
4. Revise drawings and BIM models based on design changes, site conditions, and feedback received while maintaining proper version control and document management.
5. Provide technical support to site teams by clarifying drawings/models and resolving drafting or BIM-related issues.
6. Perform quantity take-offs, basic calculations, and material estimations where required, including BIM-based measurements.
7. Ensure timely submission of drawings, models, and documentation according to project schedules and deadlines.
