General Description:

Director, GRDS will primarily act as Program and Strategy Lead to drive Business Operation Transformation initiatives like

• Resource Management Ecosystem roadmap development and implementation

• Development of playbook to support seamless end to end clinical trial budget development for external collaboration with Biotechs

Aside to this the role will support and drive the development, enhancement, and governance of our enterprise resource need estimating tool for Phase I–III clinical trials (Rainbow). Essential Functions of the Job:

1. Program and strategy management for business transformation initiatives:

b. Coordinate with IT on system specifications, testing (UAT), releases, and troubleshooting.

c. Ensure data integrity, automation, and reporting capabilities meet business needs.

6. Data Analytics & Insights

a. Analyze cost trends, operational performance, and competitiveness to inform leadership decisions.

b. Generate dashboards, scenario models, and pricing insights to support any external business development activities as well as charge back mechanism.

c. Contribute to benchmarking, portfolio analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Overview

As the outsourced CFO for a multi-family office, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor and strategist, overseeing all aspects of the clients' financial affairs. You will ensure effective wealth preservation, risk management, and financial planning, while aligning investments and operational activities with the client’s long-term objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial operations, including accounting, cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting for the clients.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the client’s wealth preservation, growth, and legacy planning.
• Provide insights and recommendations on investments, asset allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with external advisors (e.g., tax advisors, estate planners, investment managers) to ensure comprehensive wealth management.
• Lead or support tax planning and compliance efforts, ensuring the client’s tax efficiency.
• Oversee financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards tailored to the client’s goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, governance standards, and best practices in all financial matters.
• Act as a financial sounding board and confidant to clients, balancing privacy and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, or similar professional designation strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in senior financial management, preferably in a family office, private wealth management environment.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, tax planning, estate planning, and investment analysis.
• Discretion, integrity, and a proven ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Language skills in English and Mandarin are required for effective communication with clients and stakeholders in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of project delivery – design, procurement, construction, and handover.

• Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.

• Build and manage multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or related.

• Experience:Minimum 10 years of local construction experience in Singapore.At least 5 years in Facade industry, preferably with tender experience.

• Ideally with commercial, institutional and hi-tech project experience

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, project financing, contract management (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC), and authority requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-value projects concurrently.

The Role

We are seeking a Merchant Acquisition Lead (Online Acquiring) to lead/support the acquisition of strategic merchants and partners across non-China markets. This role focuses on onboarding Tier-1 e-commerce platforms, digital content providers, and third-party acquirers, building strong payment distribution channels.

You will act as the owner of upstream transaction supply, driving high-quality merchant onboarding and ensuring newly signed partners translate into real transaction volume (GTV). The ideal candidate combines strong commercial negotiation skills with a deep understanding of online payment flows and acquiring business models.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Merchant &Institutional Partnership Development

• Identify, acquire, and onboard strategic merchants, platforms, and acquiring partners across key markets.
• Focus on high-impact segments such as e-commerce, digital entertainment, and aggregator/ acquirer channels.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnerships to support scalable transaction growth.

2. Commercial Structuring& Deal Execution

• Lead end-to-end deal structuring and negotiations, including pricing, fee models, settlement terms, and risk considerations.
• Drive fast and effective deal closure while ensuring alignment with internal commercial and compliance requirements.
• Ensure signed partnerships are commercially viable and aligned with long-term business objectives.

3. Transaction Conversion& GTV Ownership

• Ensure newly onboarded merchants and partners are activated and contribute to real transaction volume (GTV).
• Work closely with internal teams to remove onboarding and integration friction, accelerating time-to-transaction.
• Monitor partner performance and drive initiatives to improve transaction scale and quality.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk, and Operations teams to support merchant integration, payment flow implementation, and ongoing optimization.
• Ensure smooth execution of key capabilities such as payment routing, redirect flows, and refund processes.
• Drive alignment across teams to deliver timely onboarding and scalable merchant solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 6–10+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within payments, fintech, or e-commerce ecosystems, with a track record of onboarding merchants or institutional partners.

Merchant & Acquiring Expertise

• Strong understanding of online acquiring models, payment flows (e.g., checkout, redirect, refund), and merchant integration processes.

Commercial & Negotiation Skills

• Proven ability to structure and close complex commercial deals with merchants, platforms, or financial institutions.

Execution & Result Orientation

• Ability to convert signed partnerships into actual transaction volume, with strong ownership of GTV and business outcomes.

Cross-functional Execution

• Experience working with Product, Tech, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end partner integration and execution.

Domain Knowledge(Preferred)

• Familiarity with cross-border payments, e-commerce, digital content platforms, or aggregator/acquirer models.
