• Developand implement strategies to attract new customers and increase clientacquisition.
• Ensure the team deliver personalized andmemorable client experiences by anticipating needs, exceedingexpectations, and building genuine emotional connections with eachclient. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, using clienteling tools to offer personalized services, exclusive experiences, and tailored product recommendations. Cultivate long-term loyalty and advocacy for the CELINE brand.

• Ensure appropriate staffing depending on time and traffic.
• Ensure safety of the store and its employees.
• Supervise the operations manager and ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient stock management by adhering to internal procedures and optimizing product turnover.
• Oversee all administrative and logistical operations of the store, ensuring adherence to internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Implement efficient processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Participates in office project relevant to stores and contributes to the expansion of business.

Image & Brand

• Be a CELINE ambassador, represent the brand in community activities and develop relationships with store managers of stores nearby.
• Ensure the consistent and impeccable presentation of the CELINE brand image in all aspects of the store, from visual merchandising and product displays to staff appearance and attitude. Maintain the highest standards of luxury and sophistication.
• Participate in local events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and foster positive relationships within the community.
• Share the rich history, heritage, and craftsmanship of CELINE with both the team and clients. Create engaging narratives and immersive experiences that bring the brand to life and foster a deeper connection with its legacy.

Senior Account Manager (IT Logistics)

Salary:

$5k - $6k (subjected to experience)

Job responsibilities:

• Own your portfolio of IT vertical accounts end-to-end on the commercial side: relationships, rates, scope, escalations and growth.
• Take over accounts from senior team members during first months through a structured handover and becoming customer's designated commercial point of contact within the 90 days.
• Receive newly won accounts from our business development team and onboard them properly – quickly assigning ownership, introducing the team, and putting a maintenance plan in place.
• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for service expansion across new lanes, regions, and value-added offerings such as IOR/EOR and ITAD services.
• Monitor account profitability by managing pricing, controlling scope changes, and following up on billing and outstanding payments.
• Work closely with Operations and SOE teams to prepare quotations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track and report account performance, including revenue, sales opportunities, and upcoming workload.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of account management experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Exposure to IT logistics, IOR/EOR or value-added services is preferred.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently handle discussions, negotiations, and issue resolution.
• Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of pricing, margins, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
