Fire Safety Compliance

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Tenancy and Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our coffee shop outlets. The S&OP Leader will lead the global strategy around the Sales & Operations process for our LCS Business. • Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or any other discipline related to building construction.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Negotiation skills.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.

(C) Experience :

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in managing Town Council / HDB upgrading projects of similar nature and scale.
