Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works
• Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the PM
• Implement cost control measures to meet project budget
• Site co-ordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site issues
• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan.
• Liaising with consultants on design analysis, design work, design check for approval and to resolve technical issues on site.
• Site inspection for civil work, which includes excavation, structural, casting and ensure that the work is executed as per the project specification and construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities.
• Ensure worker carried out meet out quality standards and contractual requirements.
• To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of project environment experience
• Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skill.
• Superior civil, structural, or architectural engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical and plumbing trades
• Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer based tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
