The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The role

We are looking for a Junior Social Key Account Executive to support the management and growth of brands on live commerce platforms, primarily TikTok and Shopee.

This is an execution-focused role where you will assist in campaign coordination, content planning, performance tracking, and daily account management. You will work closely with internal teams and learn how live commerce strategies are built and optimized.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social commerce, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support Brand Performance

• Assist in monitoring daily and weekly performance (NMV/revenue, traffic, conversion, etc.)
• Prepare performance reports and basic data analysis
• Support promotion setup and execution

Assist in Growth & Campaign Planning

• Support the development of monthly activation plans for live streaming and short video campaigns
• Assist in preparing materials for internal reviews or BD pitches

Content Coordination

• Work with internal production teams to align on livestream schedules and content calendar
• Support brainstorming of content ideas based on platform trends
• Track performance of content and summarize key learnings

Platform & Trend Monitoring

• Monitor TikTok and Shopee trends, features, and best practices
• Share relevant updates internally

Account & Stakeholder Support

• Support communication with brands under guidance of senior team members
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, merchandising, performance marketing) to ensure smooth execution
• Support onboarding process for new brands

Who we look for – the ideal profile

• 0–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, social commerce, or related fields
• Strong interest in livestreaming and short video platforms (especially TikTok)
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skillsGood communication and teamwork skills
• Good English proficiency
• Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of ecommerce metrics (GMV/NMV, CTR, conversion rate, etc.)
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome

Acquisition & New Business Development

• Own acquisition activities for new vehicle programs, platforms, and technologies
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities based on OEM roadmap and technical strategy
• Actively shape opportunities before and during RfQ phases

RFQ & Offer Management

• Lead RFQ/RFI responses across Bosch Mobility divisions
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical and commercial inputs for internal teams
• Coordinate quotations, timelines, approvals, and risk alignment

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as single point of contact for acquisition‑related topics with the customer
• Manage day‑to‑day acquisition communication with OEM purchasing and engineering
• Drive customer escalation and alignment when scope, timing, or expectations change

Internal Coordination

• Align sales, engineering, product, finance, and manufacturing stakeholders
• Ensure fast decision‑making in short‑timeline, high‑pressure acquisition phases

Award & SOP Transition

• Secure clear award confirmation and commercial scope
• Support smooth handover to project execution teams until SOP

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key User Manager to drive sales, profit, and strategic relationships with large professional users in the Assembly Line & Manufacturing sector in Northern Vietnam. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with major manufacturing plants, assembly lines, precision mechanics, automotive, electronics, and industrial equipment contractors.

Core Responsibilities

• Full ownership of sales turnover and profit targets for assigned Key Professional Users (KPUs) in the Assembly Line segment in Northern Vietnam.
• Identify, acquire, and develop new key professional users while expanding and deepening the existing customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers (C-level, Plant Directors, Engineering Managers, Procurement Heads) at large manufacturing plants and assembly lines.
• Implement central user-marketing strategies and develop customer-specific solutions to increase Bosch Power Tools market share.
• Ensure the optimal product and service mix tailored to each key user’s specific applications and requirements.
• Act as the main interface and coordinator with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support, ASA, Logistics, Finance) to deliver excellent customer experience.
