TenderLink is recognised as the market leading provider of tender notification services and online tendering technology throughout Australasia. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through increased portal activity, ensuring our SAAS Customers use their portals to their full potential, thereby improving the service for TenderLink Subscribers and their access to current and relevant business opportunities. The aim is to achieve a 15% YOY increase in portal usage.

The key objectives for this role are to increase uptake and ongoing use of Experian TenderLink products and services in the market and thereby grow Experian TenderLink' s revenue through existing and new products as well as through cross selling and promoting Experian products that align with Experian TenderLink customers.

• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects across all customer organisational levels
• Experience following a clear process for outreach using different methods (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn), and under pressure
• Able to constantly prioritise activities and make quick decisions based on rational analysis

• Implement TenderLink's Account Management Strategy aimed at onboarding new customers, increasing portal usage, reducing customer churn and cross-selling Experian solutions.

• On-board new SaaS customers
• Closely monitor customers usage in the first 3 months.
• Provide detailed onboarding support and training.

• Identify opportunities to widen the usage of TenderLink's products and services in organisations where procurement is decentralised.

We’re looking for an experienced analytic Account Manager to support and grow the NielsenIQ BookScan retailer panel in Australia. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to retailers, analyse and deliver high-quality insights, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of BookScan data. You’ll manage the BookScan panel and key relationships, contribute to panel growth, and collaborate across the business to enhance our products and services. 

Responsibilities 

• Panel Management: Manage and support retailer accounts participating in the BookScan panel 
• Client Engagement: Recruit new retailers, manage onboarding/offboarding, and strengthen panel engagement; Build strong client relationships through presentations, workshops, and ongoing communication 
• Training & Enablement:  Provide training to help clients maximise the value of BookScan services 
• Data Quality: Ensure accurate weekly data through quality checks, issue resolution, and regular retailer audits 
• Insight & Analysis:  Deliver clear, actionable insights by using your analytic skills to work with multiple data sources

As the Senior Marketing Manager - Retail Go-to-Market you will develop and lead the team accountable for channel-specific marketing strategies and execution for Dan Murphy’s.
