• HRIS Key user for system management of Leave & Payroll Portal (Prosoft) and SAP for Personnel Data Management.

• Coordinate claims / payments with BSC for processing such as CPF submission, NS claim submission, Statutory leave claim submission (maternity, child care leaves etc), resignee final settlement, OT payment and AWS.

• Management of claims with insurer / broker such as medical, insurance and WICA claims

• Engage with Union on CA renewal (every 3 years)

• Responsible for performance appraisal process, and data cleansing with BSC before rollout.

• Data management with BSC for any position changes, promotion (including Color Belting for Technicians), transfers etc.

• Management of incentive schemes for payment with BSC e.g. Technical Retention Program, Port Incentive, Sales Incentive Scheme

• Perform annual salary benchmarking with Mercer

• Responsible for salary proposal of new joiners

• Responsible for salary budget exercise for C&B topics

• Handle tax clearance/settlement for local and expat employees with tax consultant

• Lead internal and external audits on C&B-statutory survey and MOM Labor market survey.

● Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the community

Position Statement
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Senior/ Sales Manager is responsible for driving MICE and group business for the hotel. This role focuses on proactive sales activities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective account management and business development.

What will you be doing? 
As the Senior/ Sales Manager - MICE, you will be responsible to lead the function with integrity and credibility for the following areas:

Sales & Business Development

• Prospect and secure MICE and group business from key markets and assigned corporate accounts.
• Develop and maintain detailed account plans in Salesforce; ensure timely updates of all sales activities.
• Conduct client meetings, lead site inspections, and organize familiarization trips and client entertainment (flexibility for evenings/weekends required).
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales trips to generate new leads.
• Collaborate with Hilton Sales network, TMCs, and MICE partners to strengthen relationships and drive new business.
• Manage corporate RFP processes and ensure accurate rate loading in GDS.
• Utilize tools such as TravelClick Hotelligence (Agency 360) to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.

Account Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and proposals to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor account performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Conference & Events

• Work closely with the Events team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed business.
• Support initiatives to increase conversion and optimize space utilization.

Revenue & Reporting

• Support pricing strategies and competitor analysis in collaboration with Revenue Management.
• Assist in preparing monthly activity reports detailing confirmed and provisional business.
• Contribute to annual sales forecasts and revenue plans.

Systems & Compliance

• Ensure accurate data management in all sales systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hilton systems, procedures, and brand standards.

A Senior/ Sales Manager - MICE serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in hotel/event sales, preferably in MICE or group segments.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and lead management skills.

• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, GDS, and revenue management tools is an advantage.
