Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and management reports.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in full set accounts, financial reporting, audit, and tax matters.
• Experience in property development, construction, or project-based accounting will be an added advantage.
• Audit firm experience, especially Big Four exposure, will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, tax requirements, and relevant regulations.

• 執行每月對賬，包括銀行對帳、應付/應收帳款對帳以及公司間帳戶對帳（如適用）。
• 依要求編製帳戶報表、帳齡報告及其他會計報表。
• 監控現金帳簿更新狀況，確保資金流動得到正確記錄。

應付帳款、應收帳款和現金流

• 管理應付帳款和應收帳款職能。
• 審核報價單、採購訂單、發票、付款憑證和證明文件。
• 監控每日現金流和資金活動。
• 跟進未付款項，並與客戶、供應商、承包商、顧問和廠商協調付款或帳單事宜。
• 記錄和監控建築專案的進度付款，包括向供應商、顧問、承包商和分包商支付的款項。

審計、稅務及合規

• 協助處理審計和稅務事宜，包括準備支持性附表和所需文件。
• 準備稅務相關文件，並協助處理稅務申報/繳納事宜，以確保符合監管要求。
• 與審計師、稅務代理人、銀行家、客戶、供應商和相關外部各方聯絡。
• 隨時了解會計準則、稅務法規和法律法規要求。

內部控制與流程改進

• 確保會計記錄和財務流程符合內部政策和監管要求。
• 支援改善內部控制、程序和財務工作流程。
• 協助進行預算編制、成本監控、收入追蹤和費用報告。

一般財務支持

職位要求

• 應徵者必須至少擁有會計、金融或相關領域的學位或專業資格。
