As a Sales Executive, you will begin your journey as a vital support to our sales team, focusing on coordination, client engagement, and operational efficiency. In this foundational role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with our sales processes, customer needs, and internal systems—setting the stage for a future transition into an outdoor, client-facing sales position.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in maintaining seamless sales operations and building relationships with customers. Over time, you’ll be groomed to take on greater responsibilities in the field, developing into an Outdoor Sales Executive who will directly manage client portfolios and drive business growth through on-site engagement.

Phase 1 – Internal Sales & Coordination Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Support

• Assist the sales team in scheduling, preparing sales documents, and managing internal communications.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Customer Engagement

• Support client interactions through phone and email, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Join senior team members in selected client meetings to observe and learn relationship management practices.

Order & Resource Management

• Process incoming sales inquiries and orders accurately using our internal systems.
• Manage the availability of sales materials, samples, and presentation tools needed by the sales team.

After-Sales Support

• Handle customer feedback and minor issues, working closely with relevant departments for swift resolution.
• Track post-sale interactions and follow up on service satisfaction.

Data & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activities.
• Suggest ways to streamline internal sales processes based on your daily workflow.

Phase 2 – Transition to Outdoor Sales:

Upon demonstrating strong performance, understanding of our products/services, and relationship-building capabilities, you will be progressively introduced to:

• Managing a personal client portfolio and conducting in-person client visits.
• Presenting solutions and closing deals face-to-face in your assigned territory.
• Developing new leads through field activities, referrals, and site visits.
• Representing the company at client locations, industry events, and on-site product demos.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative / Operational

• Manage the process of projects including resourcing with PMs, as well as submission processes.
• Drive and review plans to ensure work is delivered on time, and according to standard.
• Anticipate roadblocks and adjust timelines / plans accordingly with minimal supervision.

Business Acumen

• Understand scoping of work, mapping of resource requirements and budgets.
• Implement work processes to ensure smooth executions and delivery of costed scope of work

Client Management

• Day-to-day client management, maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure communication flows effectively
• Manage general internal and external communication amongst working team and clients
• Clear understanding and decoding of client feedback and responses required

Strategy

• Understand strategic requirements to assist / provide support to strategy team from general to deep dive desktop research (e.g competitive or industry landscape research, market nuances, audience insights).
• Possess general strategic understanding of overall campaign planning.
• Informed of what’s happening in the client’s industry / business.
• Basic understanding of social / digital platforms, channels, formats, and trends and how these can be developed as part of integrated campaigns.

Creative

• Understand client and creative needs.
• Aware of and appreciate effective and bold creative work.
• Review basic creative work against clients ask to determine if brief has been met.

People Management

• Find solutions to mid-level problems.
• Day-to-day team management on campaign delivery.

Job Description

Compensation, Payroll &Benefits Administration

• Own and execute accurate, end-to-end payroll processing and ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and tax regulations        
• Administer all employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, renewals, and vendor coordination
• Support periodic compensation reviews, salary benchmarking exercises, and salary structure maintenance to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity        
• Contribute to ad hoc C&B projects as required by business needs, including but not limited to benefits redesign, compensation policy updates, and market survey participation

HR Operations & Process Innovation

• Proactively challenge existing HR workflows and pursue improvement opportunities across onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
• Champion a culture of continuous innovation by introducing new approaches, tools, and methodologies to replace outdated practices        
• Develop forward-thinking, scalable operating procedures that go beyond compliance and set new standards of operational excellence

HR Technology & Digital Transformation

• Serve as a strategic super user and internal champion for our HRIS platform (SAP), driving adoption, data integrity, and system optimization        
• Take initiative in evaluating, piloting, and implementing cutting-edge HR technology solutions that redefine how HR operates        
• Boldly apply Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools to eliminate inefficiencies and free up capacity for higher-value work
• Harness People Analytics Platform (PAP) tools to surface workforce insights, tell compelling data stories, and influence business decisions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above is required
• Degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical disciplines are strongly preferred
