Account Executive
An exciting opportunity has become available at one of the fastest growing IT companies in Singapore. We are expanding and actively looking for a highly motivated individual for Account Executive to ensure smooth operations in the finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing daily transactions and update relevant data and transactions in the accounting and management system.
- Maintain accounting journal, journal entries, general ledger, trial balance and financial statement
- Perform monthly financial statement
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned when required.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in business or accountancy.
- Familiar with journal and financial reporting
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa
- Possess strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- The engagement is on a 3-month contract to provide coverage for an employee on maternity leave.
