Job Description:
Ā· Answer and direct phone calls.
Ā· Welcome visitors in friendly manner.
Ā· Attend to walk-in visitor.
Ā· Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Ā· Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor.
Ā· Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
Ā· Keep track and update of phone list on monthly basis.
Ā· Assist HR Operations team in administrative tasks.
Ā· Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Ā· 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
Ā· Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ā· Handling of basic incoming/outgoing calls
