About the job

The opening is a full time permanent position at junior executive level. Reporting to Senior Accounts Executive and/or Finance Manager, the role will work in close liaison with both the reconciliation and accounts receivable teams.  

The main purpose of the positions is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in relevant aspects AR and AP of accounting functions such as purchase and sales ledger maintenance, processing invoices, supplier reconciliation, bank reconciliation, inventory management and pricing. Part of the role and duties will be performing posting of the accounting information in the accounting system.  

About the Candidate

Candidates for this junior role must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma qualification in Accounting/Book Keeping.Candidate should have at least one or two years of accounting experience working ideally in retail industry. In this case, fresh graduates with Bachelor degree will be duly considered. Strong Excel and Mathematics skills are essential to succeed in this role.

As one of our Assistant Teachers, you play a key role in creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child thrives. You will support Class Teachers in day-to-day routines, classroom activities, and provide individual attention to help children reach their developmental milestones.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Class Teachers in classroom and non-classroom settings, including routines, outdoor play, snack time, and learning journeys.
• Work in small groups or one-on-one with students in the classroom to reinforce instructional material.
• Assist class teacher in organizing the learning environment, preparing teaching materials and maintaining resource and ensure a clean organized classroom.
• Encourage student participation, promote positive behaviour, and reinforce classroom expectations.
• Collaborate with teachers to support students’ learning progress and well-being and manage classroom dynamics, including supporting students with development behaviours/learning needs
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being by following school guidelines and routines.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification in Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (FECEE)
• Highly communicative
• Patience and respectful discipline towards all children
• Understanding of basic principles of child development
• Ability to interact comfortably with children and staff
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to changes in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with young children will be preferred

Job Scope:

- Perform picking, packing, sorting, and labelling of goods

- Operate forklift safely for loading, unloading, and put-away activities

- Use RF scanner for inventory transactions and stock movements

- Receive, check, and store incoming shipments

- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock handling

- Assist with cycle counts and stock takes

- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards

- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Valid Forklift Licence is required

- Experience in warehouse operations, picking & packing, and inventory control

- Hands-on experience using RF scanner

- Able to carry out physical warehouse duties

- Team player with a positive working attitude

- Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage

Job Summary

You will prepare and cook food promptly, adjust recipes to meet customer needs, manage food stock and freshness, ensure kitchen safety and hygiene, and maintain food quality and presentation according to menu standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook food efficiently to meet service timelines
• Modify recipes to accommodate customer dietary requests such as reducing salt or removing dairy
• Monitor food inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock
• Inspect food freshness regularly and discard expired items to ensure safety
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment
• Perform final quality and presentation checks on finished dishes to meet menu specifications
• Maintain a secure, clean, and safe kitchen area before ending each shift
• Manage multiple tasks calmly and effectively under pressure
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve kitchen challenges promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
• Hands-on experience operating various kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of current cooking techniques and recipes
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• Ability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Culinary school diploma preferred
