OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the state warehouse, including POS and stock flow
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
- Manage the State Field Sales Fleet enquiries
- Act as OHS representative, addressing field issues and ensuring effective communication.
- Manage the office services budget and process invoices online.
- Manage the state calendar, including planning and senior leadership team meetings
SALES SUPPORT
- Assist broader State Leadership Team with induction of new starters to the business
- Collate BI Data and produce reports to help field efficiencies for managers
- Support where required to arrange travel and accommodation logistics for the field sales team as needed
- Participate in two weekly field days to support major initiatives and merchandising
- Gather & support the field marketing sales support function with planning and data analysis to support the Queensland Leadership Team
- Assist the Wings Team Leader with field sales shifts and casual shift management
DIGITAL REACH & OUTBOUND TELE‑SALES (20–40% OF ROLE)
- Strengthening customer relationships through regular outbound tele-sales calls, tailored conversations, and proactive service.
- Growing distribution points by identifying new opportunities, activating new outlets, and re‑engaging lapsed customers.
- Driving sales performance by turning in orders via phone, promoting priority SKUs, and supporting execution of sales initiatives.
- Sharing information on upcoming promotional activities, ensuring customers are aware of launches, campaigns, and activation timelines.
- Sending digital and physical promotional materials to support customer visibility and product sell‑through.
- Maintaining accurate records of all outreach activity, insights, and follow‑up actions to support reporting and pipeline visibility.
REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT SUPPORT
- Assist RSM to coordinate meetings, including minute taking and follow up documentation
- Analyse customer claims and ensure claimed invoices are in line with Red Bull terms prior to RSM approval
- Data Mining; use multiple data sources to produce weekly reports to support leaders
- Support function for planning meeting preparation, coordinate recruitment and organisation of the day to reports/ presentation building etc
PROJECT/EVENT MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT
- Provide support where required for state events, such as end of year celebrations, management training conferences, etc
- Co-ordinate state based meetings/conferences to ensure seamless execution.
- Local moment support & execution as agreed with Regional Sales Managers
- Ensure events run to budget and outcomes are measured and analysed
