Some of your key duties:

• Contribute to the preparation of valuation reports, providing clear insights into property values and associated risks.

• Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market/business knowledge as well as expand your professional network.
• Assist in the preparation of fee proposals for various valuations across multiple asset classes.
• Assist with data collection (e.g. sales/leasing deals) to keep updated databases for valuation purposes.
• Conduct financial, market and risk analysis across multiple asset classes in order to support valuations.
• Maintain data for properties under supervision.
• Ensure valuations comply with internal quality assurance processes and reporting standards.

BESIX Watpac are seeking an experienced Project Assistant to join our Qld construction team. Working in a large collaborative project team, the key responsibilities of this position include:

• Administration support to the Contract Administration and site team.
• Assisting in organisation, catering and general preparation for site meetings and events.
• Attending to reception/calls and managing site attendees and visitor access.
• Assisting with document control.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Managing stationery and office supplies.
• Processing of dockets, invoices and purchase orders.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the state warehouse, including POS and stock flow
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) 
• Manage the State Field Sales Fleet enquiries
• Act as OHS representative, addressing field issues and ensuring effective communication.
• Manage the office services budget and process invoices online.
• Manage the state calendar, including planning and senior leadership team meetings

SALES SUPPORT

• Assist broader State Leadership Team with induction of new starters to the business
• Collate BI Data and produce reports to help field efficiencies for managers
• Support where required to arrange travel and accommodation logistics for the field sales team as needed
• Participate in two weekly field days to support major initiatives and merchandising
• Gather & support the field marketing sales support function with planning and data analysis to support the Queensland Leadership Team 
• Assist the Wings Team Leader with field sales shifts and casual shift management

DIGITAL REACH & OUTBOUND TELE‑SALES (20–40% OF ROLE)

• Strengthening customer relationships through regular outbound tele-sales calls, tailored conversations, and proactive service.
• Growing distribution points by identifying new opportunities, activating new outlets, and re‑engaging lapsed customers.
• Driving sales performance by turning in orders via phone, promoting priority SKUs, and supporting execution of sales initiatives.
• Sharing information on upcoming promotional activities, ensuring customers are aware of launches, campaigns, and activation timelines.
• Sending digital and physical promotional materials to support customer visibility and product sell‑through.
• Maintaining accurate records of all outreach activity, insights, and follow‑up actions to support reporting and pipeline visibility.

REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT SUPPORT

• Assist RSM to coordinate meetings, including minute taking and follow up documentation
• Analyse customer claims and ensure claimed invoices are in line with Red Bull terms prior to RSM approval
• Data Mining; use multiple data sources to produce weekly reports to support leaders
• Support function for planning meeting preparation, coordinate recruitment and organisation of the day to reports/ presentation building etc

PROJECT/EVENT MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT

• Provide support where required for state events, such as end of year celebrations, management training conferences, etc
• Co-ordinate state based meetings/conferences to ensure seamless execution.
• Local moment support & execution as agreed with Regional Sales Managers
• Ensure events run to budget and outcomes are measured and analysed

Supporting the Queensland-based Tenant Advisory team, you will actively collaborate with our teams nationally on a variety of initiatives to accelerate and celebrate the success of our teams and clients alike.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide administrative support to the National Director of Tenant Advisory and several senior operatives within the team
• Diary & email management - ensure appropriate times are provided for meetings and work in progress, monitor email messages, maintain National Director’s to-do list and prioritise/action accordingly
• Assist in the production of marketing materials – submissions, marketing briefs, client case studies, bi-monthly updates, quarterly newsletters, social media tiles etc.
• Maintain accurate records of business plans, budgets and financial reports in confidential manner
• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings where necessary and recovery of expenses from clients where appropriate
• Working with Agent’s to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions and other documentation
• Coordinating and participating in team meetings
• Update company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate
