• Oversee and take charge of bunkering procedure with compliance to bunkering checklist provided;
• Ensure that all equipment, instruments, life-saving apparatus, fire-fighting appliances, and machinery are in good working condition and ensure that proper maintenance records are kept; and
• Communicate with the operations staff at Mission Command Centre on tug operations at all times and report any breakdown, accident, loss of properties, etc. immediately to the Duty operations staff.
