Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Key Account Specialist (Entry Level) – Engineering to join their commercial team. They are located in the (West) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Key Account Specialist (Entry Level) :

• Manage assigned customer accounts and act as the main point of contact for commercial matters

• Coordinate RFQs, quotations, costing submissions, and follow-up activities

• Support account growth through new program opportunities and product expansion initiatives

• Liaise with engineering, operations, quality, and production teams on customer requirements

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

You Will

• Conduct end-to-end transaction investigations from the detection of unusual activities, to the analysis and documentation and submission of Suspicious Matter Reports (“SMR”) for lodgment to the relevant authorities.

Director – Institutional Account Management

The Director – Institutional Account Managementrole supports the institutional business in delivering high-quality service to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and their underlying clients. The role focuses on account administration, transaction execution support, client servicing, onboarding coordination and day-to-day relationship management activities. The role acts as a key point of contact for the EAMs.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Service Support

• Provide proactive support to the institutional salespeople in managing relationships with External Asset Managers and their underlying clients.
• Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day client servicing requests and enquiries.
• Maintain regular communication with EAM representatives to ensure prompt resolution of operational and administrative matters.
• Support client meetings, conduct platform demonstrations and follow up on action items.

Account Opening & Client Onboarding

• Coordinate account opening, onboarding and periodic review processes for EAM-managed client accounts.
• Review account documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
