• 領導和監督工廠日常運營，以實現生產、品質和交付目標。
• 規劃並優化人力、物料、機械和生產計劃，以實現最高效率。
• 監控生產績效，解決營運問題，並推動持續改善計畫。
• 確保遵守品質標準、工作場所安全要求和公司政策。
• 負責監督機械設備的維護和保養，以最大限度地減少生產停機時間。
• 控制生產成本、損耗和營運費用。
• 領導、指導和培養生產團隊，以提高生產力和績效。
• 準備生產報告和KPI分析，供管理階層審核。
• 與品質、維護、倉儲、採購和管理團隊緊密合作，確保營運順利進行。

要求

• 工程、製造、營運管理或相關領域的文憑/學位。
• 至少4年製造業營運經驗，並承擔主管或管理職務。
• 有塑膠製造、塑膠回收、樹脂加工、注塑成型、擠出成型或相關行業經驗者優先考慮。
• 在提高生產力、品質、成本控制和營運績效方面擁有良好的業績記錄。
• 較強的領導能力、問題解決能力及決策能力。
• 了解精益生產、5S、ISO標準或持續改善實踐者優先考慮。
• 精通微軟Excel和生產報告製作。
• 能夠用國語、英語和馬來語進行有效溝通。
• 願意在雪蘭莪加寶工作。

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office and factory support functions.
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, including suppliers from China, regarding procurement and documentation matters.
• Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
• Assist in logistics coordination, shipment arrangements, and inventory record management.
• Perform data entry, filing, document control, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Assist in stock monitoring, inventory reconciliation, and documentation updates.
• Provide administrative support to procurement, logistics, operations, and accounts functions.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as instructed by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good organisational, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, inventory control, administration, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
