Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Certificate / Diploma from technical institution
At least 3–5 years of consultancy experience in civil and structural works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. Experience with Civil 3D, GstarCAD, Microsoft Office, and related architectural/engineering software is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of structural detailing, effective design coordination, and navigating approval processes.
Possess a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to work under multiple projects deadlines with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Developed comprehensive civil and structural design drawings based on approved engineering calculations, applicable standards, and project specifications.

Always monitor the material (Ink,Baseboard, Carton, Glue, Belt, Packing Material, etc) of production department, order before out of stock to make sure production run smoothly.
Do the comparison table between supplier before order (New material/sparepart). Get approval from Mr Ham only can order.
Preparing PO to supplier and let Mr Ham/Ashton Sign. Follow up PO to make sure material arrive on time.
ADMIN
Preparing report every week/ month for Mr Ham & Sales Team. (Sales Report weekly, Actual Sales Report Monthly, Contract Report Monthly, Stock Report Monthly, Aeon delivery report ...etc)
Preparing Sales order when receive customer purchase order to let Evon create Jobsheet for Production.
Preparing DO & Invoice in SQL for delivery.
Update stock balance everytime delivery in sharefile.
Stock in with SQL system every time receive the completed jobsheet.
Always monitor stock balance to make sure enough stock to delivery, if not enough must proceed production.
Get customer/supplier detail to open new account. (Ask customer / supplier filling up new application form attach with Form 9 or business document)
Create New Stock Code at SQL when receive new brand order.
