職責：
- 識別並聯繫活動和展覽行業的潛在客戶。
- 透過電話推銷、跟進和主動聯繫獲取銷售諮詢和線索。
- 透過多種管道尋找潛在客戶，包括但不限於推薦、上門拜訪、社交活動、展覽、社群媒體、電子郵件推廣和客戶主動諮詢。
- 建立並維護與新舊客戶的關係，以促進業務的再次發展。
- 根據客戶要求準備銷售方案、報價單和基本簡報。
- 跟進問詢、線索和提案，以支持交易達成。
- 在管理階層的指導下協助談判商業條款。
- 維護和更新銷售記錄、客戶資料庫和銷售線索追蹤工具。
- 內部協調，確保交易完成後銷售部門順利交接給安裝部門。
- 追蹤銷售活動、銷售通路狀態和基本績效報告。
- 根據需要代表公司參加展覽會、活動和客戶會議。
- 支援基礎行銷活動，例如社交媒體更新、作品集協調和推廣活動。
資格：
- 歡迎應屆畢業生申請。
- 行銷、商業或相關領域的學士學位。
- 在銷售和行銷方面擁有 2 年以上經驗，尤其是在活動和展覽市場方面。
- 深入了解會展產業，包括市場趨勢、主要參與者和新興機會。
- 具備較強的溝通和人際交往能力，能夠與客戶和同事建立良好的關係。
- 擁有卓越的談判和成交技巧，並有達成和超越銷售目標的良好記錄。
- 熟練使用客戶關係管理軟體和行銷工具進行銷售線索管理和行銷活動追蹤。
- 具備創新思維，能夠制定創新的行銷策略來吸引新客戶。
- 能夠獨立工作，也能作為團隊成員協作，展現出積極主動性和自我激勵能力。
- 願意根據需要出差並參加行業活動。
