• Salary : SGD2,300 - SGD 2,800
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
  (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)
• Location: Nearest MRT (Sembawang / Admiralty) 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage shipment documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to facilitate seamless customs clearance
• To co-ordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks)
• Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangement
• Resolving any issue or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and requests for returns or exchanges
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status
• Advise and provide freight cost to sales department
• Monitor shipping costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality

Job Summary

You will lead the establishment and continuous optimization of internal control systems, identify and mitigate risks, and support key corporate projects by collaborating across departments and reporting directly to the CEO/COO.

Responsibilities

• Establish, improve, and continuously optimize the company’s internal control system and related processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
• Identify and assess operational, financial, and compliance risks, develop actionable improvement measures, and monitor their implementation to mitigate risks effectively
• Conduct regular internal control testing and process reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
• Assist in driving key corporate projects by participating in project planning, tracking key outcomes, and ensuring timely execution closure
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate project activities and communicate progress directly to the CEO/COO
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced international environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in internal control, auditing, risk management, or management consulting
• Background in Big Four auditing, finance, internet, technology, or consulting industries is preferred
• Strong logical thinking, analytical judgment, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through effective risk assessments and control improvements
• Proactive communication and coordination skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and project execution
• Strong learning ability, self-drive, and potential for management roles
• Fluent spoken English to ensure clear communication in a diverse workplace
