•     Develop and prepare detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and/or MEP (Piping, HVAC, Plumbing, Sanitary, Electrical, etc.) disciplines in accordance with project requirements.
•     Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and manage the integration and clash detection process.
•     Create, update, and maintain BIM documentation including construction/shop drawings, tender documents, and as-built models for submission to relevant authorities and project teams.
•     Ensure timely delivery of BIM-related documents and drawings in line with the project schedule and submission deadlines.
•     Develop and maintain the company's BIM standards, templates, and object libraries to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects.
Requirements:
•     Minimum Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
•     Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
•     Good communication skills in English (verbally and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
•     Understanding LTA submission requirements and building regulations is an added advantage.
