Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily fleet operations, ensuring efficient deployment of prime movers and drivers.
• Plan and assign transport jobs, monitor job progress, and ensure timely delivery and collection of containers.
• Liaise closely with drivers, customers, port authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Track vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems and respond promptly to operational issues or delays.
• Manage and update transport-related documentation and system records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, port regulations, and safety requirements.
• Optimize fleet utilization and support continuous improvement of transport operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in transport, logistics, or container haulage operations.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating prime mover operations.
• Proficient in PSA Haulier Community System (HCS), Portnet, CDAS CMS, and GPS tracking systems.
• Good understanding of port operations, container movements, and transport scheduling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Control incoming and outgoing project records in accordance with established procedures
• Duplicate and distribute documents
• Facilitate timely document review, approval and documentation in an effective and efficient manner
• Control all aspects of documentation throughout project's life cycle including:
• Catalogue, post, distribute, track and compile hard and softcopy documents at all project stages
• Assist project team by coordinating document status and distribution
• Audit documents to ensure that project files are current and all stakeholders are adopting the prescribed documentation protocol
• Ensure Project Documental Control policies and procedures to assist in maintaining a current and organized project document management system
• Provide support for change control and document control processes for the project
• Track all documents correspondences and transactions
• file and archive documentation to facilitate easy retrieval

Criteria:

• Minimum O levels certificate or equivalent
• at least 5 years of relevant working experience in registry and document management
• Good document control skills; knowledge on ISO 9001 standards will be preferred
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and adept at spreadsheets and file management systems
• Prior experience with Project Information Management and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

Our client, a global technology leader specializing in search, digital platforms, cloud computing, and data-driven innovation, is seeking a Financial Data Analyst/Product Analyst to support financial reporting and analytics through data extraction, SQL scripting, and reporting automation. This role will focus on generating and transforming large financial datasets, building SQL-based reporting solutions, and delivering actionable insights to support business and finance stakeholders.

This is a fixed term contract ending on the 14 Dec 2026 with possibilities for extension thereafter

Responsibilities

• Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from databases, data warehouses, and ERP systems using SQL.
• Write and maintain SQL scripts to support reporting, data analysis, and financial insights.
• Interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Support recurring financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting automation initiatives.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

• Up to 6 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Product Analytics, FP&A Analytics, Financial Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to independently write and optimize complex queries and scripts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Strong financial domain knowledge with experience analyzing P&L, revenue, costs, budgets, or financial performance metrics.
• Proven experience extracting and working with large datasets from platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience with Excel and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
