資格與技能

• 較強的談判和溝通能力。

• 熟練微軟辦公室軟體（Excel、Word）和採購系統。
• 能夠獨立工作，也能作為團隊成員協作。

除了英語和馬來語外，還需具備閱讀、寫作、說普通話的能力，以便與供應商溝通並確保包容性。

• 維護準確、最新的財務記錄，包括應付帳款、應收帳款和總帳。
• 及時準備和處理發票、付款和收據
• 定期核對銀行對帳單及其他財務帳戶
• 協助編制財務報告、預算和預測
• 根據需要為財務團隊提供行政支持
• 確保遵守所有相關的會計準則和法規。

• 應屆畢業生/至少2年類似會計助理工作經驗，最好是在五金或零售業
