· ForSenior Project Controller: Minimum6+ years of progressive experience, preferably within engineering,construction, manufacturing, or similar project-based industries.

Responsibilities:

- Control and monitor financial performance of the projects

- Prepare and analyses monthly project status reports

- Handle tender / offer process with the proposal managers, including preparing and reviewing of offer costing and conditions of contracts

- Perform daily project controlling work including periodic review of costing, reporting, claim management, delivery documentation, billings, debt collection, arrangement for insurance policies and bank guarantee, etc

- Interact and interface with other stakeholders for an effective and efficient project controlling

- Perform month-end closing for projects

- Handle inward/outward shipments and L/C documentation if necessary

- Perform revenue, cost and cash flow forecasting

- Ensure compliance with work instructions and work processes

- Undertake any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

- Degree in business administration or other commercial disciplines

- At least 2-3 years business administration or commercial experience

- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Nav System

- Good Microsoft Office skill

- Experience in project accounting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as junior commercial staff member. A major responsibility of this position will be to support purchasing and sales operations by managing orders, maintaining contact with suppliers and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will be a key player in maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing purchase orders based on requisitions.

Monitor the status of purchase orders, follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, and update relevant stakeholders.

Assist in receiving deliveries and reconciling purchase orders with delivery receipts.

Assist in verifying and reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.

Assist in maintaining an up-to-date supplier database.

Commercial:

Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Monitor the status of customer orders, follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, and update relevant stakeholders.

Assist in ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders and reconciling customer delivery notes and tax invoices.

Assist in maintaining an up-to-date customer database.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Business / Procurement / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)
