About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our client sales team and help expand their footprint. This role is based in Singapore where you’ll work directly alongside founders of the company and leadership team to grow the business globally. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate impact and shape the global sales organisation.
How you'll contribute
● Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including cold outreach, email campaigns, events, and social media.
● Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting on activities and performance metrics.
● Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations, addressing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
● Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
● Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
● Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience and close the loop on feedback.
● Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and the evolving AI ecosystem to position the company effectively.
● Work directly alongside founders and leadership to shape and scale our global sales organisation.
Who you are
● Proven track record in full-cycle sales, ideally selling SaaS solutions to enterprise or mid-market customers - you have owned discovery, demo, negotiation, and close, not just one part of the funnel.
● You have experience in both a high-growth startup and a scaled, well-functioning sales organisation - you know what good looks like, and you can build toward it from scratch.
● Energised by ambiguity - you enjoy creating structure where none exists and see an undefined playbook as an opportunity rather than a blocker.
● Resilient and persistent - you push through slow cycles, handle rejection without losing momentum, and have examples of coming back from adversity to deliver.
● Coachable and self-aware - you actively seek feedback, adapt quickly, and don't confuse confidence with defensiveness.
● High-urgency by default - you move fast, take ownership, and bring startup-level drive to every stage of the pipeline.
● Strong communicator, able to hold credible conversations with both technical and business stakeholders and run compelling product demonstrations.
